Devendra Dukre is a seasoned power sector professional with over three decades of rich experience spanning renewable and conventional energy, energy procurement, project management, and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director of Naviitor Resources Private Limited, he brings to the table deep insights, leadership acumen, and a strong commitment to advancing India's energy infrastructure.

Devendra began his professional journey in 1990 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at The Tata Power Company Limited. Over a span of 17 years with the company, he rose through the ranks, contributing to operations & maintenance, project management, and spearheading renewable energy initiatives including wind, hydro, and CDM projects- eventually serving as Senior Manager, Business Development. In 2007, he joined BOC India Limited (now part of the Linde Group) as General Manager, Energy (South Asia), where he led energy and feedstock procurement strategies across the region.

Subsequently, Devendra moved to Alstom (now GE) as General Manager, Sales & Business Development, overseeing key accounts for power generation equipment. He worked closely with top power plant developers in India, covering technologies such as supercritical boilers, turbines, combined cycle plants, hydro and wind energy solutions. Between 2010 and 2017, Devendra co-promoted Virtuous Energy Pvt. Ltd, taking on a directorial role and deepening his involvement in energy entrepreneurship. In 2017, he became Promoter Director at Naviitor Resources Pvt. Ltd, shaping the company's growth and focus on sustainable energy development.

His international consulting engagements include advisory roles with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where he contributed as an individual international consultant with a focus on the energy sector.An electrical engineering graduate from College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and an MBA in Finance from ICFAI University Hyderabad, Devendra has also pursued several Management Development Programs during his tenure at global companies. With a career spanning 31+ years, Devendra Dukre continues to be a driving force in India's transition to clean, efficient, and future-ready energy solutions.
