Questions You may have in Your Mind
The EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) cost covers procurement, transportation, and setup of all equipment, as well as coordination with the local DISCOM for installing the bi-directional (net) meter.
Solar panels come with a 10-year manufacturing warranty and a 25-year performance warranty. Inverters come with a 10-year warranty. Naviitor passes on all back-to-back manufacturer warranties directly to the customer.
The project will be completed within 12 weeks from the date of Purchase Order (PO) release along with advance payment.
Yes. If there is a delay in installation not attributable to the customer or DISCOM, Naviitor will apply a penalty of 1% of EPC cost per week, capped at 5% of the total project cost.
Yes. Naviitor will assist in obtaining all necessary DISCOM permissions. However, the final net meter connection is subject to the availability of a DISCOM engineer.
Naviitor offers hand-holding support for 5 years, helping resolve any technical or operational issues with the solar system. Cleaning of panels is not included.
Yes. Naviitor facilitates the sanction of loans from banks or NBFCs if required by the consumer.
Yes. Naviitor provides basic training on routine maintenance so customers can keep panels and other equipment clean for optimum performance.
Yes. Naviitor will provide full support in availing eligible government subsidies for solar installations.
